How will the video consult be conducted?
Once you have booked your consult our team will connect with you for your preferred time and date. We will then share a Video link for the appointment.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
No cancellations are allowed. You can request to reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior to the allotted slot.
Can a family member attend the consult with me?
Yes, an immediate family member like your partner or a grandparent can attend the consult with you.
What if I have questions post the consult?
You will have a seven day period post your consultation for any follow-up questions which can be shared via email or WhatsApp.
